The 256GB M.2 2280 solid-state drive (SSD) features 3D NAND flash and is powered by the RTS5766DL controller. It offers a PCIe Gen3 x4 interface, providing fast sequential read speeds of up to 2,400MB/s and write speeds of up to 1,800MB/s. In terms of IOPS performance, it delivers up to 200K for 4KB random read and up to 150K for random write operations. The drive comes in two sizes: 80 x 22 x 3.13mm with a heat sink, and 80 x 22 x 2.15mm without the heat sink, weighing 9g and 6.2g, respectively.
